Unfortunately, people with physical disabilities cannot participate in this event, as the mass evacuation exercise requires a certain basic physical fitness

Participation is possible from the age of 8.

The organisers accept no liability for any injuries, damage to property or other unforeseen incidents.

By participating in this event, you consent to being filmed during the event and agree to their publication. This includes but is not limited to use in printed materials, digital media, social media and websites.

Drinking water and snacks (bars) will be provided on site, but you will need to bring any additional food or drink.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for the journey to Flensburg / to the ship.

Important: Please bring your identity card for the check-in!

Please bear in mind that this is not a typical meet & greet event. The absolute priority on this day is that the exercise is completed successfully and that we thus enable the certification of the ship. Please do not expect to have a detailed exchange with the crew.

If you are not able to participate in the exercise, please sign out as soon as possible via the sign out link, so that we can find a replacement.

We will hold a dress rehearsal on 07.08. with about 100 people. If you are already on site on Monday at 1 pm, you can optionally sign up for this date as well.
